Hotel Deco - Florence

I stayed here for 3 nights as a couple to enjoy the sights of Florence, and the location was a real highlight, just a short walk from the Duomo and other major attractions like Piazza della Signoria. The room had a charming view of the bustling streets below.

The room smelled like stale smoke and had the most uncomfortable bed ever-talk about a nightmare! I expected better, given the price. The bathroom was cramped. A kettle would have been a thoughtful touch, but clearly, that's too much to ask here. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff was very very helpful, gave advice about the city.

We liked the hotel, it was great and had particularly good location near the train station, all the monuments and the main market square, the station, the museums and monuments, restaurants and the main market square. The staff were very helpful, everything was perfect.

The spacious bathroom was a delight. The location was fantastic, great to walk to key attractions like the Duomo and the train station within minutes, made everything so convenient.

Location near the train station is convenient for quick access. It's just a short walk to the Duomo. The newly remodeled bathroom offered modern touches that were a nice upgrade.

The beds reminded me of they came straight from a torture chamber-hard and uncomfortable, forcing us to improvise with extra blankets. The shower was cramped, with a door that didn't seal properly, causing water to flood the toilet area. There were cleanliness issues, including wallpaper peeling everywhere and a disturbing leak from the ceiling in the first room.

The staff was genuinely accommodating, even helping us with our language barrier. Bring earplugs, as the street noise can get loud at night.

Location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and Duomo. The view from my room gave a lively street vibe that I loved. The staff were very accommodating and provided a useful map for exploring. The remodeled bathroom had modern fixtures. Unfortunately, the mattress was quite uncomfortable. I could feel the springs poking me at night. The noise from the street was bothersome, even with the windows closed. Breakfast didn't impress either. I've had better elsewhere.

We were close to the train station and the Duomo was just a quick stroll away. The staff was super friendly. The remodeled bathroom was a nice touch, and we loved walking around the vibrant streets nearby. I'd definitely recommend checking out the local cafes and restaurants for some tasty meals!

One night, we encountered a leaking ceiling in our room, quite concerning. It disrupted our comfort .

Absolutely loved the location, just a quick stroll to all the hotspots! The charming view of the streets below added a special flair to our nights. Plus, the room was stylishly decorated in a way.

Now, I have to admit, it got a bit toasty in there since air-conditioning was a no-go in April, but we survived!

the hotel provided a fantastic base for exploring with the piazza del duomo and the basilica of santa maria novella both just a short stroll away, making it easy to soak up the city's charm and landmarks during my weekend adventure.
